My name is Chance, and I’ve lived in Utah for over 35 years. I’m a father to one amazing son, and I have a deep appreciation for the beauty, history, and character that make this state so special.

I’d love to give you a personal tour of Utah and help you experience it the way locals do. Whether that means water sports, hiking, sightseeing, playing some of Utah’s most scenic golf courses, learning about the unique and lovable Mormon culture, or simply taking a drive through the canyons, Utah has something for everyone.

My goal is simple: to help you experience Utah in a way that feels authentic and unforgettable, and maybe even fall in love with it the same way we locals have.
